Some children will start packing the minute they find out that a holiday is being planned. Give your child a small suitcase to let them get started. Generally, you’ll find the best seats for kids are in the economy class in the first row. There is more legroom there and you are set a bit apart from the rest of the passengers on the plane. Ask your London  travel agent if these seats are available at the time of booking.

When you are flying you need to remember that your child is still young and full of energy. You’ll need to let him walk around the cabin a bit as you follow him. Don’t expect your child to sit through a long flight without getting fidgety and bring along some distractions to help him get through the flight. Slow things down a bit

Give yourself more time for everything and slow down the pace. Arrive early at the airport and give yourself a lot of time between flights. Your child will be slower and the thrill of being at an airport will be a distraction for him. If you try to relax more and rush less the holiday will be more enjoyable for all.

Don’t let the child get on your nerves. This is a special time with your child and cherish the moment. They really do grow up too fast and there may come a day when you are traveling alone and well wish you had some company along with you.
